Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Ticket Booking Executive - IATA, located in Salem. The Ticket Booking Executive will be responsible for booking tickets, managing reservations, coordinating with airlines, processing payments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include handling travel requests, providing fare and schedule information, and assisting with travel-related inquiries. The role requires attention to detail and excellent customer service skills to ensure smooth and efficient booking processes.

Qualifications

Experience and proficiency with ticket booking and managing reservations

Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with airlines and clients

Attention to detail and accuracy in processing payments and ticket information

Customer service skills to handle travel inquiries and provide exceptional service

Familiarity with IATA regulations and standards

Relevant certification or training in travel and tourism, IATA certification preferred

Knowledge of global travel routes and destinations is an advantage
