TRP Sports is a Bangalore-based sports management company working across multiple verticals — including player management, brand marketing, events, and sports venue management. Under TRP Sports, SPACES is our venue management and recreational sports division.
Spaces by TRP Sports manages some of Bangalore’s most active sports facilities across football, box cricket, pickleball, and padel. We handle operations, business development, events, and community management across multiple venues.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager – Community & Growth to lead the user-side expansion of our business. This is not a traditional “venue marketing” role — it’s a growth + engagement role focused on acquiring and retaining users, building partnerships, and driving engagement across our communities.
You’ll be responsible for creating and executing strategies that bring more users into our ecosystem, connect them with our community games, and drive awareness for the Spaces brand as Bangalore’s most engaging sports network.

What are we looking for
Atleast 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in sports, fitness, lifestyle, or community brands.
A mix of strategic and executional ability — can build plans and also run them on the ground.
Strong understanding of youth and urban lifestyle marketing in Indian metros.
Experience with offline activation, partnerships, and digital growth marketing.
Creative mindset with hands-on experience in content-led growth.
Entrepreneurial and self-starter attitude — comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing setup.
