About the Role

We're hiring a Workday Technical Consultant who can roll up their sleeves and dive deep into integrations, custom reports, and security frameworks. If you've been building and supporting Workday solutions for over 5 years, this role puts you in the driver's seat of high-impact, enterprise-level projects.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Web Services (SOAP / REST).
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into scalable Workday technical solutions.
• Develop custom reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite), calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and production support cases with speed and accuracy.
• Handle tenant configuration, data loads (iLoads / EIBs), and Workday security setup.
• Monitor Workday releases and assess impact on existing custom solutions and integrations.
