We are hiring a Test Automation Engineer (ETL Testing) for one of the leading US-based Management Consulting organizations. The role focuses on test automation, CI / CD integration, ETL testing, and introducing GenAI-driven innovations to enhance testing efficiency.

As a key member of the QA team, you will be responsible for designing robust automation frameworks, developing test scripts, validating data pipelines, and ensuring the overall quality of enterprise-scale Responsibilities Development & Execution :

• Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, Appium, TestNG, and JUnit.
• Develop and execute test scripts in Python (preferred) or Java.
• Perform ETL testing to validate data movement, transformation, and integrity across complex data pipelines.
• Conduct API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or similar & Cloud Integration :
• Integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps.
• Contribute to cloud-based testing initiatives across AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize automation & Quality Improvement :
• Drive innovation by embedding GenAI-based solutions in automation strategy.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and increase test coverage through intelligent automation.
• Ensure testing aligns with Agile best practices and sprint & Reporting :
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to clarify requirements and resolve defects.
• Maintain documentation of test cases, scripts, execution logs, and defect reports.
• Use JIRA, TestRail, or similar tools for test management and Skills & Experience :
• 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Test Automation & ETL Testing.
• Strong proficiency in Python (preferred) or Java for automation scripting.
• Experience with Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit automation frameworks.
• Expertise in ETL testing, SQL queries, and data validation.
• Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured).
• Experience with CI / CD tools Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and test management tools (JIRA, TestRail).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for testing.
• Experience in applying GenAI concepts in QA is a strong Skills :
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Understanding of data warehouses, ETL workflows, and BI tools.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
