Job Responsibilities :

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per the overseas client’s manpower requirements.

Handle end-to-end recruitment process for overseas placements — from sourcing to final selection.

Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules, documentation, and travel procedures.

Maintain regular follow-up with applicants to ensure smooth onboarding and deployment.

Develop and maintain a strong candidate database for multiple industry verticals.

Coordinate with the operations and documentation team for visa processing and mobilization support.

Build and maintain professional relationships with clients to understand their manpower requirements.

Prepare job postings, conduct telephonic interviews, and maintain recruitment reports.

Requirements :

Education : Graduate in any discipline (BBA / PGDM in HR preferred).

Experience : Minimum 1–3 years of experience in overseas recruitment or similar role.

Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with recruitment for Construction, Oil & Gas, Healthcare, FMCG, Hospitality, and Facility Management sectors.

Skills : Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, strong sourcing ability, and proactive approach in candidate management.

Computer Skills : Proficiency in MS Office, job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.), and social media recruitment tools.
