Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Recruitment to strengthen our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a strong background in field-level and mass hiring, particularly in the logistics sector. The role will involve managing a balanced hiring portfolio of IT and Non IT positions, ensuring the right talent pipeline to support TrucksUp’s rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT and Non-IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Drive field-level and mass hiring initiatives to meet high-volume manpower requirements.
- Utilize platforms like Naukri, , Apna, and Workday effectively for sourcing and talent mapping.
- Partner with business and functional leaders to understand manpower requirements and design recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical positions in logistics operations, technology, and support functions.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hire.
- Coordinate and manage interviews, assessments, and offer processes.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and compliance with internal hiring policies.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to strengthen TrucksUp’s talent positioning in the logistics and technology space.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably in the logistics or technology-enabled services sector.Strong expertise in field-level hiring, blue-collar, and mass recruitment.Hands-on experience with recruitment tools : Naukri, , Apna, Workday.Ability to balance IT and Non-IT hiring demands.Excellent communication, negotiation, pro-active approach and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with tight timelines.Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
