Job descriptionResearch and identify high-potential AI startup founders across geographies Assist in outreach, scheduling calls, and maintaining founder / member databases Curate and manage event guest lists, RSVPs, and post-event feedback Draft high-quality communication including emails, founder briefs, newsletters, Collaborate on founder spotlight series, LinkedIn campaigns, and event coverage Assist in ideating and executing online and offline campaigns around community Help organize mixers, panel discussions, and product showcases across USA and Conduct competitor benchmarking across global startup councils / VC platforms Support the growth lead in defining new experiments, tracking metrics, and Chance to work on internal process automation and playbook documentation A tech and startup enthusiast with a deep passion for innovation and Excellent communicator – professional in tone, fluent in English writing, and clear A natural people-person who enjoys building relationships and engaging with Creative thinker with a marketing mindset, always bubbling with campaign ideas Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple Prior experience in communities, student clubs, event execution, marketing, or Familiarity with tools like Notion, Canva, Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and Slack is A front-row seat to India’s and SF’s top AI founder ecosystem Mentorship and direct exposure to the growth playbook of an invite-only founder The opportunity to co-create creative campaigns and meaningful experiences for A highly visible role with potential for strong recommendations

Role Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic, driven, and creative Management Trainee to assist our
Community Growth Lead in scaling The Llama Club. If you're a tech-savvy hustler who
thrives on building connections, managing operations, crafting campaigns, and
dreaming up new ways to grow a founder-led community,this role is for you.
