Account Management Trainee

Job descriptionEligible for promotion to Account Executive within 6–12 months based on consistent performance. Progress to independently managing client portfolios, driving revenue goals, and handling full-cycle sales. A self-driven learner enthusiastic about client-facing roles. Clear and confident in both verbal and written communication. Comfortable in a structured, target-oriented sales environment. Resilient in the face of cold calling, rejections, and consistent follow-ups. Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks effectively. Interested in how language services can address business challenges. CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) LinkedIn Sales Navigator Google Workspace Proposal and quotation templates Language industry-specific CRM / ERP platforms Fixed CTC ranging from 3.0 to 4.8 LPA Performance-based incentives Health insurance and ESI coverage Reimbursement for certifications in sales and language industry programs Career advancement opportunities with ongoing skill development
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing targeted cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting campaigns.
- Participate in pre-sales tasks including market research, prospect list building, and lead qualification.
- Maintain and update accurate lead and customer data in CRM platforms.
- Join client meetings, demos, and calls with senior team members; take detailed notes and share takeaways.
- Gather detailed client briefs for ongoing projects and communicate summaries to internal teams.
- Help draft client proposals and pricing quotations for review.
- Follow up with clients under supervision for updates, feedback, and payment reminders.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to understand language services and project workflows.
- Attend internal training sessions to gain knowledge of industry-specific tools, services, and terminology.
