Cement, Specialised Alumina Materials , the Group is embarking on a large-scale
Operational and Digital Transformation journey
across India and the Middle East.
To institutionalize excellence, the Group is setting up an
Internal Transformation & Consulting Office
— a high-impact team of IIT / IIM professionals driving
business re-engineering, project delivery, and performance improvement
across group companies.
Role Overview
This is not a desk job — it’s a
mission-critical execution role .
You will act as an
internal consultant, project manager, and transformation leader
— diagnosing inefficiencies, implementing improvement programs, and ensuring that every strategic initiative translates into measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Transformation & Consulting
Work closely with Consulting Agency to design & implement best practices
Design and implement
operational excellence programs
(Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, OEE improvement, etc.).
Build
performance governance frameworks
– KPIs, dashboards, stage-gate reviews, and accountability systems.
Partner with HR & leadership teams to drive
cultural change
and organizational alignment.
Lead
digital enablement initiatives
– ERP integration, data visibility dashboards, and analytics-driven decisions.
Project Management
Manage
end-to-end project lifecycle
– scoping, planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and closure.
Establish and run
Project Management Office (PMO)
systems with clear milestones, risk registers, and change controls.
Coordinate multi-location teams (India & UAE) to ensure
on-time, within-budget
delivery of transformation and capex projects.
Prepare
executive dashboards
and
Board-level reviews
on project health, risks, and performance impact.
Drive
cross-functional governance reviews
to ensure decisions convert into results on ground.
Qualifications & Experience
Education :
B.Tech / B.E. from IIT or equivalent + MBA from IIM / ISB or other top-tier B-school.
Experience :
4+ years overall, including :
3 years in
management consulting
( Mandatory ).
Experience in
project management or large-scale implementation
(PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred).
Exposure to
manufacturing or heavy industries
(cement, metals, alumina, or process industries).
Experience in
multi-country project execution
(especially Middle East) will be an advantage.
