Transformation Manager

A leading consulting firm is seeking dynamic professionals to join its Finance Operations / Transformation practice. The role involves supporting and delivering Finance Operations Transformation engagements.

Location - Gurugram / Bengaluru / Mumbai

Position :

Manager / Associate Director

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on finance transformation initiatives including finance operating model design, process optimization, and technology enablement.

Support engagements across areas such as :

Financial data and system integration

Finance process reengineering / redesign

Reports and KPI rationalization, finance analytics, and close optimization

Transformation roadmap and business case development

Chart of Accounts design and Common Information Model

Align ERP “out-of-the-box” functionality with desired future-state finance capabilities.

Engage with internal and client stakeholders to drive design consensus and key program decisions.

Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, reports, and analyses that communicate findings and recommendations clearly.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree with 3–8 years or Master’s with 2–5 years of relevant Finance Operations / Transformation experience.

Experience in finance or consulting organizations advising on Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, or FP&A processes.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Exceptional PowerPoint and Excel proficiency; strong communication and presentation skills.

Exposure to digital finance technologies (RPA, analytics, visualization) and Agile methodologies preferred.

Experience with global transformation projects or multinational stakeholders is a plus.
