Shift : US Shift (Night shift)

Job Location : Sector 98, Noida

Duties :

• Receiving incoming work assignments from PMs and assigning work to appropriate resources
• Utilize available tools and ensure efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness
• Keep constant communication with PMs, forecast workload, identify processes which require improvement, and report any issues which may impact the department.
• Maintain list of task assignments, and batch statuses
• Ensure timely delivery of projects
• Monitor daily production of assigned projects
• Communicate daily with linguists and QA team
• Ensure processes used meet all client and vendor contractual requirements
• Provide the translation team with all necessary tools to meet client expectations; i.e. glossary and guidelines
• Perform data entry to facilitate proper and timely invoicing
