Role Overview : We are looking for

IT Project Manager

to join our team in

Rajkot . This is a

full-time on-site role

where you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that project timelines are met and deliverables are achieved.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, a basic understanding of IT systems, and a proactive attitude toward solving problems and driving results.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in planning, organising, and managing IT projects from initiation to completion

Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors to ensure seamless execution

Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics

Identify project risks and communicate updates to stakeholders in a timely manner

Support documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication

Collaborate with technical teams to understand project requirements and constraints

Facilitate daily or weekly stand-up meetings and maintain project tracking tools

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor’s degree

in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong analytical skills

to evaluate project performance and suggest improvements

Effective communication skills

in English (verbal and written)

Basic understanding of IT concepts

and technical project components

Project planning and organizational skills

with attention to detail

Team-oriented mindset

and ability to collaborate in an on-site work environment

Prior experience in project management, internships, or related roles is a

plus
