Project Manager

Project Planning and Management :

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Technical Expertise :

Utilize extensive knowledge in cloud technologies and web applications to guide project development and troubleshoot issues.

Stakeholder Communication :

Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, to ensure project alignment and transparency.

Team Leadership :

Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Risk Management :

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

Quality Assurance :

Oversee the implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.

Resource Allocation :

Efficiently allocate resources and manage project budgets to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Continuous Improvement :

Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to improve project management processes and outcomes continuously.

Technical Skills :

Strong understanding of web application development frameworks and technologies.

Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Previous hands-on relevant technical experience (as a developer / leader) on Mobile and Cloud technologies like MERN stack, Python, Java / .NET, AWS / Azure, Android, iOS, Flutter, etc.

DBA Experience – NoSQL DBs, SQL, Oracle, Backend Data Analytics

Proficiency in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence

Experience in onsite client-facing

Process compliance & data-driven approach

Minimum 4 years of experience in strong technical Project Management (with Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall experience), Scrum Master (40 months)

Minimum 4 years of experience in solid project financial Management (estimation, forecasting, budgeting, actuals tracking)
