Branch Manager - Financial Services

Experience Required : 3+ years

Location : Kuchaman City, Ajmer, Kishangarh, Merta City, Degana (Rajasthan)

Segment : Commercial Vehicle / Car / Tractor Loans

Qualification : Mastr's / Bachelor's in sales and marketing

Joining Requirement : Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities (KRA) :

• Manage overall branch operations and ensure smooth functioning of daily activities.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to achieve individual and branch sales targets.
• Drive customer acquisition in the commercial vehicle, car, and tractor loan segments.
• Monitor loan processing, documentation, and disbursement accuracy.
• Handle collections efficiently and minimize delinquency.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and local partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare branch performance reports and share business insights with senior management.
• Identify local business opportunities and develop growth strategies.
