We’re looking for a results-driven digital marketer to lead our online marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will plan and execute digital campaigns, launch advertisements, and create research-based content to build brand awareness and engagement. Prior experience in digital marketing and hands-on social media management is essential.
Job Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute monthly social media calendars with a focus on optimization, platform-specific engagement strategies, and consistent growth.
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns around branding, offers, and festivals across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Conduct content planning and research to align with brand voice, seasonal trends, and audience behaviour.
- Track and report social media performance metrics to evaluate content effectiveness and platform growth.
- Plan and structure SEO-optimized website content flow in collaboration with internal teams.
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate landing page creation and optimize them for performance, engagement, and SEO goals.
- Apply strong SEO knowledge to manage keyword generation, track performance via Search Console and other tools, and create detailed SEO reports.
- Utilize SEO tools and insights to support content marketing efforts, including the planning and publication of SEO-driven blog articles.
- Manage online reputation for brands and their leadership, ensuring prompt, professional engagement and reputation-building strategies.
- Identify, connect with, and manage influencer collaborations to drive reach, engagement, and credibility across social platforms.
- Build and execute LinkedIn-specific strategies including content planning, page growth, campaign execution, and lead generation.
- Plan and manage YouTube marketing strategy including content planning, community management, and paid campaigns for traffic and awareness.
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns on Meta and Google Ads, aligning with client objectives and optimizing for conversions and ROI.
Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital or advertising agency managing multi-platform digital marketing campaigns.Strong understanding of social media marketing, influencer collaborations, and platform-specific strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Hands-on experience with SEO fundamentals, content marketing, keyword research, SEO blogs, and ORM using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.Working knowledge of website content flow, landing page planning, and performance tracking.Experience in running Meta and Google Ads with a focus on traffic, lead generation, and campaign ROI.
