The Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven LeadDigital Marketing in our digital marketing team to spearhead our digital strategy and lead a team of marketing professionals.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and leadership skills to drive Innovaccer's brand presence, lead generation, and digital growth initiatives globally.

A Day in the Life :

• Lead and manage the digital marketing for multiple categories, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, paid media, display, retargeting).
• Own and optimize digital lead generation campaigns to drive pipeline growth and revenue impact.
• Collaborate with the content, design, and product marketing teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
• Drive SEO / SEM strategy to improve search visibility and organic traffic.
• Manage digital advertising budgets, ensuring ROI optimization across paid campaigns.
• Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot / Marketo, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.) to track KPIs and report performance to leadership.
• Stay ahead of digital trends, martech innovations, and best practices to continuously evolve Innovaccer's digital presence.
• Mentor and upskill team members to foster professional growth and collaboration.
