Job descriptionPlanning delivery and strategizing to meet delivery quality standards and timelines Manage and supervise daily production Requirement gathering and effectively cascading daily work to the internal team Data Management : Developing and maintaining dashboards and trackers to ensure availability of accurate and complete operational and governance data. Management reporting : Daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly / yearly reporting of data on all pertinent parameters. Presenting ideas / data / reports / issues on various platforms (calls, discussions, meetings, trainings, Learning and Sharing sessions, monthly status update calls, quarterly review meets, etc.) Data driven decision-making at technical and operational levels for a smooth functioning of the team Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders / functions

Exp Range : 5 - 10 Yrs
Must Have :
- 5+ years of experience in handling teams (operations, deliveries, skills development, process improvements, recruitment, training, mentoring, contracts, budget estimations)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; problem solving, decision making, analytics and articulation; presentation skills; attention to details
- Adept in communicating and collaborating with both senior and junior resources
- Good at motivating team members
- Customer focused and result-driven
- Advanced MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Experience working under pressure and tight deadlines
- Ability to quickly devise, test and implement new tools, technologies and processes
