Senior & Process Engineers (Dry, Wet, Tailing Plants)

Summary :

Lead the process engineering team to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the plant. Drive continuous improvement, reliability, cost control, and team performance across dry, wet, and tailings areas.

Key Responsibilities :

Ensure safety, compliance, and plant performance

Lead and develop a high-performing process team

Manage sustaining Capex and cost-effective projects

Improve reliability and operational efficiency

Foster cross-department collaboration and vendor relationships

Requirements :

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering

10+ years in heavy industry

Strong leadership, budgeting, and project management skills

Knowledge of statutory and engineering standards

Experience in remote operations and complex plant environments
