As the Shopify eCommerce Growth Lead , youll :
- Own and improve the full Shopify store experience , from homepage to checkout
- Work on layout improvements, navigation structure, filters, and mobile responsiveness
- Collaborate with devs to implement UI / UX updates and performance enhancements
- Drive ongoing CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation)
- Design and run A / B tests for product pages, cart flow, CTAs, pricing displays, etc.
- Constantly analyse user behaviour using tools like Hotjar or session recordings
- Plan and manage digital campaigns aligned with product launches and brand events
- Work closely with email and creative teams to develop campaign calendars and content
- Ensure all campaign pages are conversion-optimised and integrated across channels
- Manage day-to-day coordination between cross-functional teams
- Brief and align SEO consultants, email marketers, and Shopify devs around key goals
- Set priorities, timelines, and performance KPIs for each area
- Monitor performance metrics and provide weekly insights
- Track CVR, AOV, bounce rate, customer retention, and funnel progression
- Share weekly performance reports and recommendations to leadership
- Collaborate with customer service & operations
- Identify common support pain points (returns, delivery, FAQs) and reduce them on-site
- Use customer feedback to inform UX improvements and post-purchase flow updates
- Balance brand and performance
- Ensure all optimisations align with Reclaim Nation’s tone, visuals, and values
- Work with the creative team to maintain a premium, consistent brand experience
