Go the 'extra mile' to ensure customer satisfaction. Proven experience in a customer service role. Proven track record in International BPO. Exceptional listening skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Cool-tempered and able to handle pressure. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
