The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and / or outbound customer calls professionally.Resolve customer queries within defined timelines.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.Provide product / service information as per company guidelines.Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction.Requirements :
Minimum qualification : 12th Pass (Mandatory).Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).Good interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.Ability to work in rotational shifts (including weekends).Basic computer knowledge.Skills Required
