Key Responsibilities :

• Manage inbound and outbound communications with international customers regarding products and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist sales teams by supporting the coordination of sales efforts and updating relevant records.
• Deliver product information and service explanations to customers, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth processing of international orders and customer requests.
