Responsibilities :
Training Need Identification
1. Gaining deep understanding of business’s short and long-term objectives, challenges, product portfolio, customer’s profile and other nuances, to provide tailored learning interventions for capability development.
2. Ensuring and measuring the impact of training and its relevance to participants. Measuring the final business impact of training.
3. Scheduling & having conversations with stake holders from business, COE and HRP at frequent intervals to understand business nuances.
4. Carry out diagnostics to understand business challenges and its likely solution from L and D lens. Preparing & presenting diagnostic reports using tools like BEI, FGD, Surveys, Psychometric assessments, to arrive at holistic group and individual learning needs.
Content Design and Delivery
5. Create learning designs for multiple forms of learning interventions, ranging from classroom, VILT to self-paced learning.
6. Creating or Co-creating contextual learning contents, working closely with stakeholders.
7. Identifying the most effective method of delivering the learning interventions, exploring all possible options like, Classroom training, VILT, self-paced learning, blended learning factoring multiple data points.
8. Co-ordinate with business teams to ensure content is delivered as scheduled - Provide relevant periodic status updates to the head of each team aligned to the project to ensure consistency and update effectiveness of programs.
Training Operations, Reporting and Logistics
9. Handling weekly, monthly, quarterly training operations (classroom creation, query handling, training calendar creation, MIS reporting) and logistics
Assist in data collation, back end research and logistic administration - Managing day to day execution of project deliverables
Hiring Criteria :
1. Hands on experience of 3-5 years in Learning and Development space.
2. Understanding on adult learning principle.
3. Proficiency in measuring Learning ROI.
4. Proficiency in instructional Design and learning Content Design
5. Proficiency to interact at senior level independently
6. Well versed with MS Word, Excel, Power Point
7. Having hands-on experience on creating digital content would be preferred
