Designation : Assistant Manager

Position Description :

To be the key point of contact between the campaign delivery and sales teams while leading the account management of the accounts allocated.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Ensure campaign deliveries and account success based on advertiser's campaign objectives.
• Manage campaign budgets effectively.
• Monitor & collaborate with the campaign delivery team to meet advertiser KPIs and for smooth operations and optimizations
• Generate and share reports and insights with sales teams / advertisers for cross and upsell opportunities
• Conduct client meetings to review performance and align on KPIs
• Implement retention efforts to control churn rates quarterly
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on client case studies and testimonials
• Work on different platforms / MMPs and basic understanding of biddable ecosystem
