About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced and client-oriented Client Success Manager with a strong background in the creative, advertising, or design industry. The role involves managing international client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and driving client satisfaction and retention.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, creative understanding, and operational excellence to represent our organizations work to global clients and serve as a trusted advisor in all client engagements. Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary liaison between international clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on all deliverables.
- Develop a strong understanding of each clients brand, business objectives, and creative needs to deliver impactful solutions.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and expectations across cross-functional teams including creative, strategy, and production.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships focused on trust, transparency, and value creation.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and performance reviews with professionalism and confidence.
- Monitor project performance and client satisfaction, proactively addressing concerns and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent quality and timely execution of all creative outputs.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and strategic partnership development.
Qualifications & Experience :
5-10 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or client success within a creative agency, studio, or advertising firm.Proven experience managing international clients and understanding of cross-cultural communication dynamics.Strong knowledge of creative processes, digital marketing, content production, and brand communication.Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with creative and operational teams.Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.Key Attributes :
