NC Management Specialist - Manufacturing Engineering

A320 Final Assembly Line – Forward Fuselage Rework Support

NC (Non-Conformity) Management

Join a dynamic and experienced team supporting the A320 Final Assembly Line (FAL) with a strong focus on NC (Non-Conformity) management, workflow optimization, and reducing rework backlogs.

Key Responsibilities :

• NC and Outstanding Work Planning for Mechanical, Electrical, and AJU operations
• Job Card preparation based on Aircraft Manager priorities
• Prioritize tasks near Flight Operational Testing and FAL production milestones
• Analyze / document NCs using drawings, SOIs, and work orders
• Coordinate with suppliers for rework (Safran, Stelia, Leonardo, HAL, CAC, LAT, SGS, etc.)
• Ensure part availability and initiate reorders
• Daily coordination with production, quality teams, and reporting of KPI
