  • Provide strong leadership to the sales team, setting clear goals, expectations, and performance metrics.
  • Manage and coach a team of sales representatives, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales pipeline and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales management to forecast sales volumes, revenue projections, and resource allocation.
  • Track individual and team performance against sales targets, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Coordinate sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members, including product training, sales techniques, and objection handling.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales efforts and support overall business objectives.
  • Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, key metrics, and progress towards goals to senior management.
  • Continuous Improvemen t : Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes, tools, and resources to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compliance : Ensure that sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
