Job Role : Business Development Executive
Location : Bally, Howrah
Responsibilities :
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and emailing.
The candidate should biding on Upwork, Friverr, and more freelancing tool.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients to ensure long-term growth.
Understand client requirements and provide solutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends and develop strategies for business growth.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for client meetings.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in Digital Marketing Company.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
CRM experience is preferred
Comfortable in English, Hindi, and Bengali language
