Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive HR & Operations Executive (Fresher) who wants to learn the inner workings of how a high-performing digital agency operates.

This is not a routine HR role . You'll be involved in everything from recruitment and onboarding to project coordination, process tracking, and system automation. Your mission is simple — keep Profitcast's engine running smoothly every single day.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Draft and publish job descriptions on LinkedIn and hiring portals.
• Shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads.
• Handle offer letters, NDAs, and onboarding documentation.
• Conduct induction sessions to introduce new hires to company culture and SOPs.
