Role Overview

As an HR Operations Associate, you will be responsible for managing and executing day-to-day HR

operations to ensure smooth functioning within the studio. This role focuses on payroll

management, statutory compliance, employee data management, and supporting overall HR

operations. You will play a vital role in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring adherence to

labor laws and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management :

• Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely disbursement.
• Manage payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory deductions.
