The HR Operations Specialist (Executive People Function) at Carat Lane will be responsible for managing and executing end-to-end HR operational processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, statutory requirements, and regulatory frameworks. This role will support on-roll employees, focusing on insurance, compliance, onboarding, offboarding, and reporting while collaborating closely with external & internal stakeholders such as Finance ,IT, and People Function teams.Key Responsibilities :

Skills and Competencies :
- Proficiency in HR systems and database management.
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements under CLRA, Shops and Establishments Act, and other applicable labor laws.
- Excellent communication, MS Offic,e and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-1years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance and payroll processes is preferred.
- Familiarity with Darwin Box and other HRMS Tools is a plus.
