We are looking to expand and hire HR Talent Acquisition Specialist for our own company in Chandigarh Office in Sector 47-D

JOB DESIGNATION

HR Talent Acquisition Specialist

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Multi-Functional hiring at Mid and Senior levels for Big Brands PAN India
• Manage the entire recruitment process end to end for the clients
• Co-ordinate with client HR for new positions, CV screening, interviews and feedback
• Understand the Job Description
• Head Hunt the right candidates from the database / portals
• Discuss the job role and align them for the role
• Line-up the candidate for interview and coordinate for scheduling
• Ensure candidate turn-ups for interviews
• Co-ordinate the paper work for offer discussion with the shortlist candidate
• Manage and ensure the smooth joining of the selected candidate
