Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role :

We are looking for an energetic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team at Knack RCM. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in bulk / volume hiring, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for fresher and lateral roles within US Healthcare (RCM) operations and support departments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume requirements (Voice / Non-Voice processes, AR, Coding, Credentialing, etc.).
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract talent through job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, and campus hiring.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on role fitment, communication skills, and organizational culture.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout.
• Maintain and update recruitment MIS, trackers, and dashboards on a daily / weekly basis.
• Partner with stakeholders to forecast manpower needs and plan hiring drives accordingly.
• Handle bulk hiring initiatives, including walk-in drives, consultant coordination, and campus recruitments.
• Ensure timely closure of positions with quality hires within defined SLAs.
• Maintain strong pipelines for recurring and forecasted positions.
