End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the full hiring cycle for formulation units including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and offer management.Specialized Hiring : Recruit for QA, QC, Production, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, EHS, Warehouse and other formulation-related roles.Candidate Sourcing : Use job portals, LinkedIn, references, campus hiring and field visits to attract qualified candidates.Technical Screening : Evaluate candidates' experience in OSD, injectables, tablets, capsules, granulation, compression, coating, packing, etc.Stakeholder Coordination : Work closely with plant HR, department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower needs.Database Management : Maintain recruitment trackers, vendor lists and talent pipelines for critical positions.Compliance & Documentation : Ensure proper background checks, documentation and adherence to company HR policies.MIS & Reporting : Prepare weekly / monthly hiring reports and update recruitment dashboards.Travel for Hiring : Visit plants, job fairs and local manpower markets when needed.Requirements
- Strong understanding of pharma formulation processes (OSD / injectable / sterile / non-sterile).
- Hands-on experience in blue-collar & staff-level hiring for manufacturing plants.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, job portals and recruitment tools.
