Job Description :
- Manage end-to-end assigned Bids for the client / geo / portfolio
- Engage in qualified sales opportunities to deliver a proposal for opportunities
- Manage the response process against RFIs / RFPs and ensure all the milestones and deliverables are met in a timely manner
- Identify inter-dependencies and develop an overall bid project plan with tasks, milestones, deliverables, and associated timelines for proposal preparation activities and tracks. Manage the Bid plan throughout the Bid Process
- Engage, coordinate within the Bid Team (Sales, Solutions, Practices, COE's, Delivery, pre-sales etc.) to help produce deliverables according to client's expectations, within time critical schedules
- Validate preliminary approvals and timely heads up to aligned functions
- Organize / Initiate a Solution Workshop / calls to finalize, freeze the sizing, solution design as per the RFP requirements
- Act as the initial escalation point for Bid-team issues. Formal progress / status reports published to Bid Team & Leadership team
- Interface with other Proposal Support roles (i.e., Technical / Domain Specialists, Delivery teams and Practices) and other internal sources to help build / populate the proposal documents.
- Facilitate pricing development. Work with pricing to collate pricing approvals
- Ensure that compliance with all relevant aspects of solution design and delivery process, business control, reviews, and a timely closure of approvals before bid submission
- Deliver a final approved proposal documents to the Client in accordance with Mphasis business rules and standard processes
- Provide support in lead generation, account planning, research & collateral development, and customer visits
- Understand and adhere to Mphasis sales and deal governance policy
