About the Role :

Stelton Consulting is seeking a Senior Non-IT Recruiter with strong experience in full-cycle recruitment and a proven ability to source top talent across multiple platforms. You’ll be a key contributor to our growing team and play a leadership role in driving successful client hires.

Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles — from sourcing to onboarding.

Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter / RPS ( must-have ), along with Indeed, Monster, Dice, ZipRecruiter, and other job boards for candidate sourcing.

Collaborate with BDMs and the recruiting team to meet submission and hiring goals.

Maintain organized candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.

Mentor junior recruiters and foster a collaborative, high-energy team culture.

✨ Requirements :

Minimum 4 years of Non-IT recruiting experience .

LinkedIn sourcing expertise is mandatory (RPS experience preferred).

Proficiency with Indeed, Monster, Dice, ZipRecruiter , and other sourcing tools.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Team-player attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
