Beacon Fire Inc. is seeking experienced and motivated Sr. US IT Recruiters working extensively on State and SI Client Requirements to join our offshore team.
Required Qualification :
- The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of US IT recruitment and be skilled in sourcing, screening, and validating candidates for our Direct, State and SI client IT- roles.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in US- IT recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully filling IT roles on contract, W2 and FT roles.
- In-depth knowledge of the U.S. Work Visa categories.
- Experience recruiting for specific IT disciplines such as software development, cyber security, or data analytics, Cloud Computing and Infrastructure Networking and Systems Administration.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Technical Educational background is highly preferred.
