Job Summary

The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organizations IT infrastructure, ensuring software and hardware functionality, and safeguarding network security.

This role involves installing and managing software, maintaining firewalls (such as Sophos), troubleshooting network and system issues, and providing technical support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

Firewall and Security Management :

• Manage, monitor, and maintain firewalls such as Sophos to ensure network security.
• Configure firewall policies, VPNs, and intrusion prevention systems (IPS).
• Regularly update firewall firmware and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Identify and mitigate potential security threats across the network.
