Specialist - Infrastructure Support

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and monitor Sophos Firewalls (XG, XGS series).
• Administer and troubleshoot Ruckus WiFi networks (SmartZone, Unleashed, and Cloud).
• Perform routine tasks related to Windows Server (2016 / 2019 / 2022) including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.
• Provide Level 2 support for network, server, and security-related incidents.
• Conduct firewall policy updates, firmware upgrades, VPN setup and monitoring.
• Monitor network traffic and performance, optimize throughput and security.
• Handle Wi-Fi SSID setups, guest portals, VLAN tagging, and access point provisioning.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in AD.
• Collaborate with Level 1 and Level 3 teams to resolve escalated issues.
• Create and maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and infrastructure.
• Participate in audits and compliance efforts related to IT infrastructure.
