IT Engineer

Job description

• Design, implement, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN, NAT, and ACL configurations .
• Manage and support enterprise Routing & Switching environments .
• Maintain and monitor network devices such as Fortinet firewalls & Cisco
• Configure and support VPN solutions including SSL, IPsec, and Site-to-Site VPNs for remote user and branch connectivity.
• Administer and support Windows , Linux, and macOS environments including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and server management.
• Troubleshoot OS, application, hardware, audio / display, printer, and driver-related issues for end users.
• Manage virtualized environments using VMware and vSphere, including VM provisioning and performance optimization.
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure for system deployment, configuration, and support.
• Perform patch management, vulnerability assessments, and system updates following defined change management protocols.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations such as ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and SOX.
• Provide enterprise L1 / L2 technical support in a helpdesk / contact center environment with timely incident resolution.
• Collaborate effectively with global teams, share knowledge, and provide technical guidance with minimal supervision.
• Maintain accurate documentation, SOPs, incident records, and system configurations
