    Location : Bangalore, KA

    About the Team :

    The Fulfilment - Fruits & Vegetables (F&V) Vertical at Ninjacart focuses on the farm-to-retailer supply chain. We procure high-quality, competitively priced produce directly from farmers and ensure timely delivery to retailers' doorsteps. The last-mile distribution is efficiently managed through our Distributor Partners, who operate from strategically located Micro Distribution Centres (MDCs).

    As part of the team, you will be responsible for leading sales & distribution with full P&L ownership for the territory, driving revenue, market share, and customer acquisition. Focused on team performance, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure profitability, efficiency, and sustainable growth.

    Responsibilities :

  • Lead the entire Sales & Distribution function for the assigned territory
  • Drive new customer acquisition & retention, sales volumes & revenue
  • Monitor and improve the performance of the team to achieve the business goals, through best practices
  • Ensure a high-quality customer experience by maintaining service levels and strictly adhering to customer offerings
  • Own the P&L of the distribution partners, focusing on efficiency and sustainability of the business
  • Balance budgets with business goals through optimal resource allocation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders like Category, Operations, Product, Analytics & HR

  • MBA with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Sales & Distribution with mid-large size teams in FMCG Sector / Fresh business / early stage B2B startups with an established field sales structure
  • Proven track record in Sales, Business development
  • Proven track record in distributor handling
  • Should be fluent in Kannada, English
