Position Overview :

As an Inside Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in harnessing business opportunities through proactive conversations, relationship-building, and delivering effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Generation & Management : Identify and qualify potential leads from various channels.
• Oversee the CRM system for effective lead management and reporting.
• Sales Execution : Reach out to potential students, understanding their educational needs, and suggesting suitable courses. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing department to align sales strategies.
• Share insights and feedback from clients to the product team, aiding in course improvement and creation.
• Sales Training & Development : Assist in training new inside sales representatives, ensuring they are well-versed with upGrad's offerings.
• Continually enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry understanding to drive sales performance.
• Customer Relationship Management : Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers. Ensure smooth transition of customers from the sales phase to the onboarding process.
