Presales Consultant - Learning & Development Solutions

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the sales team to gather and understand client requirements.
• Work closely with SMEs and stakeholders to design tailored solutions that address client needs.
• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Create, write, and edit detailed proposals and responses to RFPs.
• Work closely with the sales and product development teams to gather client feedback and contribute to product improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
• Assist in the development of sales collateral and product knowledge resources.
• Provide support in contract negotiations, ensuring client Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 3+ years of proven experience in a pre-sales or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with advanced knowledge of its features and functionalities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of learning and development solutions and services.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for education and professional development
