🔎 Key Responsibilities
Workday Reporting
3+ years of hands-on Workday reporting experience, including building advanced / matrix reports and managing scheduled reports.Create and use complex report filters and prompts.Work with Workday data sources including All Workers, All Active and Terminated Workers, Leave Requests, and more.Translate business requirements into effective Workday reporting solutions.Design, test, and validate reports to meet or exceed customer needs.Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution
Diagnose and resolve Workday report errors and missing records.Generate and validate audit reports for internal SOX compliance teams.Clarify unclear requirements with stakeholders.Communicate findings clearly and develop effective solutions.HR Process Knowledge & Collaboration
Familiarity with HR operations or shared services (case management, onboarding, employee journeys, etc.).Strong communication and collaboration skills to bridge HR and IT.Manage stakeholder expectations and provide guidance as needed.📚 Basic Qualifications
BA / BS degree5+ years of experience in customer service, consulting, finance, HR operations, Business Intelligence, or equivalentStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills⭐ Preferred Qualifications
Intermediate to advanced Workday reporting experienceAdvanced MS Excel skillsExperience building reports within HCM systems (Workday, ServiceNow, ATS such as SmartRecruiters)Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues logically and systematicallyExperience gathering / documenting business requirementsExperience developing business processes and standard operating procedures.📫 Contact
