We are hiring for Workday Reporting Analyst
Responsibilities include :
- Develop an understanding of report functionality within third-party HR systems (Workday, SmartRecruiters)
- Support ad-hoc operational data report requests
- Execute weekly data audits in support of SOX controls governing workforce data processes
- Meet established support Service Level Agreements for operational report requests
- Create documentation and standard operating procedures for reporting and data audits
Workday Reporting Experience
3+ years of hands-on Workday reporting experience building advanced and matrix reports, creating and managing scheduled reports and transferring ownership of reports.Strong working knowledge of creating and using complex report filters and prompts.Strong working knowledge of Workday data sources including All Workers, All Active and Terminated Workers, Leave Requests, etc.Proven ability to translate business requirements into Workday report solutions.Proven ability to design and test reports to meet or exceed customer requirements.Troubleshooting and issue resolution
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability within Workday to troubleshoot report errors and / or missing records.Experience generating and validating audit reports for internal SOX compliance teams.Ability to clarify requirements with customers when requests are unclear or incomplete.Ability to communicate findings and effectively develop resolutions as needed.HR process knowledge and cross-functional collaboration
Familiarity with HR operations or shared services model (case management, onboarding, employee journeys, etc.).Strong communication and collaboration skills to bridge HR and IT teams.Ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and answer questionsBasic qualifications :
BA / BS degree5+ years of experience in customer service-oriented role, consulting, finance, HR operations, Business Intelligence or equivalentPreferred qualifications :
Intermediate to advanced experience with building Workday reportsAdvanced experience with MSFT ExcelExperience building advanced reports within HCM systems : Workday, ServiceNow, Applicant Tracking Systems (SmartRecruiters)Able to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically and systematicallyExcellent oral and written communication skillsProactive, organized, and detail oriented;able to ensure rigor and accuracy while meeting deadlines
