Workday Reporting Analyst (Contract)

The opportunity

Drive data-informed decisions by designing and optimizing Workday reports and dashboards across HR Payroll Finance and Talent.

Serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders improving data quality report performance and self-service analytics

What youll be doing

• Design build and deploy Workday standard / advanced / matrix reports dashboards and schedules.
• Create and maintain calculated fields data sources and custom objects for complex requirements.
• Manage report security (domains roles access) and ensure data quality compliance and documentation.
• Partner with HR & other partners to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Optimize performance rationalize redundant reports and support audits integrations and KPIs.
