Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Field Sales Executive to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are eager to kickstart their career in sales and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the field.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs and product improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
