Role Responsibilities :
- Perform minimum 15 customer visits daily for MA and DA cases
- Update visit feedback, remarks, and house photos on the MUCH app
- Ensure DA conversion of 50% and MA resolution of 47% or as per business targets
- Follow e-receipt process and timely deposit collections with proof
