Operations Manager : About the Job :

We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead our post-sales implementation, vendor coordination, and logistics. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that what the sales team promises is delivered on time and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities :
School Lab Setup & Post-Sales Execution
- Manage the end-to-end setup of robotics labs and classrooms in schools, ensuring they are completed on schedule and meet the quality standards promised by the sales team.
- Source and manage vendors for all aspects of the setup, including infrastructure, electronics, furniture, and branding.
- Negotiate costs, supervise installations, and conduct quality checks to ensure all work is up to par.
- Act as the primary coordinator between sales, academic, and technical teams to guarantee a smooth and successful delivery.
Event & Workshop Operations
Identify and secure suitable locations for events, competitions, and workshops based on management guidelines, brand needs, and audience reach.Conduct site visits, evaluate logistical requirements, and finalize bookings.Oversee the entire event execution process, from onboarding vendors to supervising the on-ground team to ensure every detail is handled perfectly.Logistics & Planning
Manage the transportation of all necessary kits, equipment, and materials to schools and event venues.Implement and maintain a tracking system for all assets, ensuring proper storage, recovery, and redistribution of reusable items.Maintain accurate inventory records and work closely with the warehouse team to manage stock levels.Team & Vendor Leadership
Lead and motivate on-ground teams during lab setups and events, ensuring they are well-prepared and execute tasks efficiently.Build and nurture a reliable network of city-specific vendors and manpower agencies.Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and project deadlines with both internal and external teams.Qualifications and A bachelor's degree in Operations, Event Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.
A master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a strong plus.3 - 6 years of relevant experience in EdTech, Event Management, Franchising, or Project Delivery.Must-Have Skills :
