Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Strategist, located in Bengaluru. The Brand Strategist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing brand strategies to elevate the luxury skincare brand's market presence. Daily tasks include brand development, brand management, creating brand communication, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms. The role also involves conducting market research and staying updated on industry trends to optimize branding efforts.

Qualifications

Minimum of

3 years

of professional experience in

Brand Strategy, Marketing Consulting , or a closely related role, with a proven track record of managing and growing high-end or luxury brands.

Expertise in

brand development frameworks, market research methodologies (e.g., qualitative and quantitative), and consumer behavior analysis , specifically within the premium beauty / skincare sector.

Exceptional

strategic thinking, narrative development, and problem-solving capabilities to identify market opportunities

and define a compelling, differentiated brand identity and value proposition.

Full-time, On-Site Position on a Contract basis starting from 6 Months.
